Ingredients for Crimson & Clover:
- 1 ½ oz. Fleurette Vermilion Gin
- ½ oz. creme de cassis
- ½ oz. The Perfect Purée Red Raspberry Puree, thawed
- 1 oz. lemon juice
- ¼ oz. clove simple syrup
Method for Crimson & Clover:
- Mist chilled coup glass with rose water. Combine all ingredients in a shaker and shake. Double strain into the coupe glass and serve without garnish.
