| • | 1/2 cup The Perfect Purée Lychee Puree, thawed |
| • | 1/4 cup honey |
| • | 1/2 cup ketchup |
| • | 1/2 cup white wine |
| • | 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce |
| • | 2 cloves garlic, crushed |
| • | 1/2 tsp. chili powder |
| • | 3 dashes hot sauce |
| • | 1/4 tsp. garlic powder |
| • | 1/4 tsp. onion powder |
| • | 1/2 cup peeled and drained seedless lychees |

| Method: |
| 1. | For the Lychee Honey: Add Lychee Puree and honey in a pot and heat slowly under medium low heat. Whisk until mixture is reduced to 1/4 of liquid. |
| 2. | Finely dice lychees and combine with other ingredients into the Lychee Honey mixture. |
| 3. | Bring to a boil. |
| 4. | Simmer 30 minutes or until desired thickness. |
