• | 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Chipotle Sour blend, thawed |
• | 1 oz. Agua de Piña |
• | 3/4 oz. lime juice |
• | 3/4 oz. agave syrup |
• | 2-3 dashes Hella Smoked Chili Bitters |
• | Homemade chili salt for rim |

Rim half of glass with lime juice and homemade chili salt. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake hard and pour into rimmed glass with fresh ice. |
