Ingredients for Franken-Chai:

• 1 ¾ oz. Charbay Doubled & Twisted Whiskey
• ¾ oz. The Perfect Purée Chipotle Sour blend, thawed
• ¼ whole star anise
• 1 whole cardamom
• 1 whole clove
• ½ oz. oat milk
• ¼ oz. Vanilla syrupMethod:

Method for Franken-Chai:

1. Lightly muddle star anise, cardamom, and clove. Combine other ingredients and shake with ice until cold and frothy—double strain into a rocks-filled glass.
