• | 30 oz. The Perfect Purée Papaya Puree, thawed |
• | 8 oz. heavy whipping cream |
• | 8 oz. sour cream |
• | 3 oz. honey |

1. | Stir together heavy cream and sour cream. Cover and refrigerate overnight to make creme fraiche. |
2. | Whisk together creme fraiche, Papaya Puree, and honey until well blended. Cover and refrigerate until needed. |

Prepare this dressing in a new way by substituting Apricot Puree, White Peach Puree or Mango Puree for the Papaya Puree. | |
