Nuoc Cham (Vietnamese Dipping Sauce)

Ingredients:
    • 1 1/2 tbsp. The Perfect Purée of Napa Valley Lime Zest, thawed
    • 1/2 cup fish sauce
    • 1/3 cup water
    • 2 tsp. rice wine vinegar
    • 1 clove garlic, minced
    • 1 small Thai chili, diced
Method:
1. Whisk everything together.
2. Adjust to taste.
