• | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Red Raspberry Puree, thawed |

Prepare a chilled martini glass. Fill a shaker with ice, combine all ingredients and shake until frothy. Strain into the martini glass and garnish with a raspberry puree popsicle. Optional: Roll the popsicle in colored sugar for greater visual effect. | |
