Ingredients for Blood Orange Fizz:
- 2 oz. mezcal
- 1 oz. fresh lime juice
- 1 oz. The Perfect Purée of Napa Valley Blood Orange Concentrate, thawed
- ½ oz agave syrup
- 1 scoop blood orange sorbet
- club soda
- fresh blood orange slices and mint for garnish
Method for Blood Orange Fizz:
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle a few slices of blood orange and 3 mint leaf sprigs with fresh lime juice and agave syrup.
- Add mezcal and blood orange purée to the shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well to combine.
- Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
- Top off the cocktail with a splash of club soda for a fizzy finish.
- Garnish with fresh slices of blood oranges and a sprig of mint.
