Ingredients for Falling Far from the Tree:
- 1 ½ oz. Charbay Clear Vodka
- ½ oz. Carpano Bianco Vermouth
- Angostura Bitters, float
- ½ oz. The Perfect Purée Green Apple puree, thawed
- ½ oz. cardamom agave syrup
- 1 oz. lime juice
- cinnamon apple slice, dehydrated
Ingredients for Cardamom Agave Syrup:
- 10 g. cardamom
- 12 oz. water
- 20 oz. 100% agave
Method for Cardamom Agave Syrup: Toast the cardamom. Add water and allow to simmer. Dilute agave with the cardamom tea mixture to “spice it.”
Method for Falling Far from the Tree: Combine all ingredients with ice into a shaker, shake and strain into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with an Angostura Bitters float and dehydrated cinnamon apple slice.
