Ingredients for Bitter Betty:

• 1 ½ oz. Bourbon
• ½ oz. The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit Concentrate, thawed
• 1 oz. yuzu juice
• ½ oz. homemade vanilla simple syrup
• dehydrated orange wheel for garnish

Method for Bitter Betty:

1. Make vanilla simple syrup by adding one ounce of vanilla bean paste to 2 quarts of simple syrup.
2. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice, shake, and strain into a glass over fresh ice.
3. Float a freeze-dried Orange Slice from our Tastecraft collection for garnish.
