Citrusy Camu Camu Mignonette

Ingredients for Citrusy Camu Camu Mignonette:
• ¼ cup The Perfect Purée Camu Camu Puree, thawed
• ¼ cup red wine vinegar
• 2 tbsp. shallots (minced)
• ½ tsp. cracked black pepper
• salt to taste

Method for Citrusy Camu Camu Mignonette:
1. Combine ingredients into a bowl and whisk to combine.
2. Mignonette can sit at room temperature for at least 2-3 hours.
3. Serve with chilled raw oysters.
