• | .75 oz. The Perfect Purée Mango Puree, thawed |
• | .5 oz. Perfect Purée Ginger Puree, thawed |
• | .5 oz. fresh lime juice |
• | .25 oz. Simple Syrup (1:1) |
• | 5 Drops Sriracha Hot Sauce |
• | 2 Dashes Fee Brother’s Aztec Chocolate Bitters |
• | cup of ice |
• | 2 pineapple leaves (garnish) |
• | lime wedge (garnish) |
• | pinch of sea salt (garnish) |
• | straw (garnish) |
Method: | |
1. | Add all ingredients except garnishes to a blender; add a scoop of ice and blend. Pour into a hurricane glass. Garnish and serve. |
