Ingredients for Brazilian Collins:
• 1 ½ oz. Gin
• 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Camu Camu, thawed
• 1 oz. simple syrup
• ½ oz. fresh lemon
• tonic water
• Tastecraft Dragon Fruit Crumble, garnish
• Tastecraft Lemon Slice, garnish
Method for Brazilian Collins:
Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, except tonic water. Shake well and strain over rocks in a Collins glass before topping with tonic water. Garnish with a pinch of Tastecraft Dragon Fruit Crumble and a Tastecraft Lemon Slice.
