“I’ve been creating my own juice combinations since I was old enough to pour my own juice. As I’ve grown into adulthood, I realized my drink experiences would transition perfectly into mixology and cocktail curation. With the bitterness of the Camu Camu puree, my thoughts immediately went into some form of a sour. Whiskey is my usual go-to, but I really wanted to let the flavor shine and not be overpowered, so vodka was the route I took. The drink is bright, refreshing, and perfect for any time of the day.”

Ingredients for Camu Camu Vodka Gimlet:
• 2 oz. vodka
• 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Camu Camu Puree, thawed
• 1 oz. fresh lime juice
• ¾ oz. simple syrup
Method for Camu Camu Vodka Gimlet:
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.
