“I’ve been creating my own juice combinations since I was old enough to pour my own juice. As I’ve grown into adulthood, I realized my drink experiences would transition perfectly into mixology and cocktail curation. When I have fresh juices and quality purees, tiki drinks are my go-to cocktails. The Soursop paired with the Carmelized Pineapple concentrate took this Jungle Bird to a new level. The blends of dark rums complemented the rich flavors of both fruits while still bringing the tropical flavors.”

Ingredients for Soursop Jungle Bird:
• 1 oz. dark Jamaican Rum
• 1 oz. dark Cuban Rum
• ¾ oz. Campari
• 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate, thawed
• 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Soursop Puree, thawed
• ½ oz. lime juice
• ½ oz. simple syrup
• lime, cherry, and pineapple leaves, for garnish

Method for Soursop Jungle Bird:
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with pineapple leaves.
