• | 1 1/2 oz. Hendricks gin |
• | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée El Corazon blend, thawed and The Perfect Purée Ginger Puree, thawed, mix (3 Corazon : 1 Ginger) |
• | 1/2 oz. lemon juice |
• | Fill with (hard) ginger soda |
• | Top with cucumber, anise, pomegranate foam (see recipe below) |
• | Cucumber (garnish) |

Foam batch: | |
• | 4 oz. Anise liquor |
• | 12 oz. The Perfect Purée Pomegranate Concentrate, thawed |
• | 8 oz. egg whites |
• | 8 oz. pressed cucumber |

1. | In a Collins glass, combine gin, The Perfect Purée El Corazon blend and The Perfect Purée Ginger Puree mix, and lemon juice. Fill with hard ginger soda. Whip together foam batch in bowl, and once foamy, pour over top of cocktail. Add garnishes. |
