Ingredients for From Eden:

• 2 ½ oz. Citadelle Gin
• ½ oz. Lemon Zest Infused Foro Dry Vermouth
• 2 oz. Tomato water with cucumber, watermelon, and The Perfect Purée Camu Camu Puree, thawed
• barspoon of Chive Bud Brine
• 6 dashes of saline solution

Method for From Eden:

Shake all ingredients and pour into a chilled coupe or martini glass. Float 4-5 droplets of olive oil. Garnish with feta-stuffed cucamelons and a basil sprig.
