Ingredients for The Sour-prise:

• 1 ½ oz. Lalo Tequila
• ½ oz. Banhaez Pineapple Distillate
• 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Soursop Puree, thawed
• ¾ oz. agave
• citric/malic acid solution

Method for The Sour-prise:

Add all ingredients to a collins glass. Add ice and stir, and top with Topo Chico. Garnish with Tastecraft Freeze Dried Lime Wheel and sidecar of Perfect Purée Red Jalapeño Puree.
