Ingredients for Ghoul-Aid:
• 1 ½ oz. Charbay Blood Orange Mandarin Vodka
 • 1 oz. green apple & tamarind syrup
 • ¾ oz. lime juice
 • ½ oz. Ramazzotti Aperitivo Rosato
 • ¼ oz. bitter bianco liqueur
 • 1 dehydrated apple chip
Ingredients for Green Apple & Tamarind Syrup:
• 30 oz. The Perfect Purée Green Apple Puree, thawed
 • 30 oz. The Perfect Purée Tamarind Puree, thawed
 • 1 cup water
 • 1 cup sugar
Method for Green Apple & Tamarind Syrup:
Combine purees in a saucepan. Add water and sugar. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until it thickens. Stir and strain through a cheese cloth. Let cool completely and refrigerate until use.
Method for Ghoul-Aid:
Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Shake well. Double strain over crushed ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a dehydrated apple chip.
