Ingredients for The Lakeside Meltdown:

• 1 ½ oz. Charbay Blood Orange Mandarin Vodka
• ½ oz. Tapatio Tequila
• ¾ oz. The Perfect Purée Caramelized Pineapple Concentrate, thawed
• ¾ oz. The Perfect Purée Sweet Hibiscus / housemade Strawberry puree blend (1:1)
• 1 ¼ oz. coconut cream
• ¾ oz. pineapple juice
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• 1 orchid

Method for The Lakeside Meltdown: Combine all ingredients (except strawberry-hibiscus puree blend) into a blender cup with 1 cup of ice. Blend thoroughly. Carefully pour into a clear glass tiki mug while layering the strawberry-hibiscus puree blend to simulate lava. Garnish with an orchid.
