Ingredients for Camu’s Curse!:
• 1 ½ oz. Charbay Blood Orange Mandarin Vodka
• 1 oz. house-infused vanilla bean rum
• 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Raspberry Puree, thawed
• ½ oz. The Perfect Purée Camu Camu Puree, thawed
• ¾ oz. macadamia nut liqueur
• ¼ oz. lime juice
• 2 dashes orange bitters
• 2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
• 1 dash vanilla-infused Angostura bitters
• blackberry mint simple syrup
• dried blood orange slice
Ingredients for Blackberry Mint Simple Syrup:
• ½ oz. The Perfect Purée Blackberry Puree, thawed
• ½ oz. mint simple syrup
Method for Blackberry Mint Simple Syrup: Combine Perfect Purée Blackberry Puree and mint simple syrup. Finely strain.
Method for Camu’s Curse!: Salt the rim of a cocktail glass with black Hawaiian lava salt. Combine all ingredients (except blackberry mint simple syrup and blood orange garnish) into a shaker with crushed ice. Shake well. Pour into cocktail glass. Garnish with a dried blood orange slice and a blackberry mint simple syrup drizzle.
