Ingredients for Golden Orchard:
• 2 oz. Gin
• 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Pear Puree, thawed
• ¾ oz. lemon
• ¾ oz. ginger syrup
• soda water
• Fresh Origins Mini Herb Crystals® Ginger and Alyssum Flower for garnish
Method for Golden Orchard:
Add gin, Pear Puree, lemon, and ginger syrup to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake thoroughly for 5 to 10 seconds or until well chilled. Strain into a Collins glass. Top with soda water and use a bar spoon to gently stir to combine. Top with ice and Alyssum Flower to serve.
