Chef Andre' - The Perfect Purée

This coastal bite captures everything that’s bright and fresh. Silky Natavo™ Smashed Avocado meets sweet crab and a squeeze of The Perfect Purée Key Lime Concentrate for the perfect balance of creamy and citrus. It’s elegant but unfussy, the kind of dish that feels like sunshine on toast.

Ingredients for Reel Good Toast:

• ½ cup Natavo™ Smashed Avocado (thawed)
• 1 tsp. The Perfect Purée Key Lime Concentrate, thawed
• 1 tsp. olive oil
• pinch of sea salt and cracked black pepper
• 6 oz. fresh lump crab meat
• 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
• 1 tbsp. finely chopped chives
• 4 slices artisan sourdough bread, toasted
• optional microgreens or shaved radish for garnish

Method for Reel Good Toast:

In a small bowl, stir together the Natavo™ Smashed Avocado, The Perfect Purée Key Lime Concentrate, olive oil, salt, and pepper until smooth but still slightly textured. In another bowl, gently fold the crab meat with mayonnaise and chives. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired. Spread the avocado mixture evenly over warm sourdough. Top with a generous scoop of crab salad. Finish with microgreens, shaved radish, or a light drizzle of olive oil.
