This drink is smooth, tropical, and refreshingly indulgent. Natavo™ IQF Sliced Avocado provides a naturally creamy texture and a light green hue that blends beautifully with the golden tones of The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate. Light, hydrating, and perfectly balanced, it’s a luxurious tropical cooler that’s as enjoyable to drink as it is to look at.

Ingredients for Golden Hour Cooler:

• ½ cup Natavo™ IQF Sliced Avocado (thawed just until soft)
• 3 oz. The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate, thawed
• 1 oz. fresh lime juice
• 6 oz. coconut water
• 1 tsp. honey or agave syrup (optional)
• ice as needed

Optional Cocktail Version: Add 1½ oz silver rum or tequila blanco.

Method for Golden Hour Cooler:

Combine The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate, Natavo™ IQF Sliced Avocado, lime juice, coconut water, and ice in a blender. Blend until completely smooth and creamy. Pour into chilled glasses and allow the froth to settle slightly for a silky, luxurious finish. Garnish and serve with a caramelized pineapple wedge, a lime wheel, or a small sprig of mint for color and aroma.
