Ingredients for Plum Gochu Compound Butter:
• ½ cup unsalted butter
• 2 tbsp. The Perfect Purée Plum Gochu Syrup
• Korean Chili flakes for garnish
Method for Plum Gochu Compound Butter:
Combine ingredients and mix well. While the butter is still soft, fill (6) 2 oz. portions into ramekins or roll into a log shape with cellophane before placing back in the refrigerator to chill.
