Chai Cardamom Compound Butter

Ingredients for Chai Cardamom Compound Butter:
• ½ cup unsalted butter
• 2 tbsp. The Perfect Purée Chai Cardamom Syrup
• cinnamon and nutmeg for garnish

Method for Chai Cardamom Compound Butter:
Combine ingredients and mix well. While the butter is still soft, fill (6) 2 oz. portions into ramekins or roll into a log shape with cellophane before placing back in the refrigerator to chill.
