Passion Fruit Compound Butter Liza Cheng, The Perfect Puree

Ingredients for Passion Fruit Compound Butter:
• ½ cup unsalted butter
• 1 ¾ tbsp. The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit Syrup

Method for Passion Fruit Compound Butter:
Combine ingredients and mix well. While the butter is still soft, fill (6) 2 oz. portions into ramekins or roll into a log shape with cellophane before placing back in the refrigerator to chill.
