Ingredients for The Soul of Seoul:
• 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Plum Gochu Syrup
• ¾ oz. orange juice
• ¾ oz. lemon juice
• 1 oz. Tequila Cazadores Reposado
• 3 drops of sesame oil
• 2 oz. mineral water
• Tastecraft Freeze-Dried Lemon Slice for garnish
• Tastecraft Freeze-Dried Dragon Fruit Crumble, for garnish
Method for The Soul of Seoul:
In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine all ingredients except mineral water, shake, serve on the rocks and top with mineral water. Garnish with Tastecraft Freeze-Dried Lemon Slice and Dragon Fruit Crumble.
