Blood Orange–Red Jalapeño Nugget Poppers

Ingredients for Blood Orange–Red Jalapeño Nugget Poppers:
• 6 pieces breaded chicken nuggets (or wings)
• 1½ oz. Blood Orange–Red Jalapeño Glaze
• 1 tsp. scallions, sliced

Ingredients for Blood Orange–Red Jalapeño Glaze:
• 1 part The Perfect Purée Blood Orange Syrup
• 1 part honey
• 2 parts The Perfect Purée Red Jalapeño Puree, thawed

Method for Blood Orange–Red Jalapeño Glaze:
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Reserve until ready to use.

Method for Blood Orange–Red Jalapeño Nugget Poppers:
Toss cooked chicken nuggets or wings in the Blood Orange–Red Jalapeño Glaze. Plate and garnish with sliced scallions.
