Ingredients for Passion Fruit–Red Jalapeño Wings:
• 6 pieces of chicken wings, fried
• 1 ½ oz. Passion Fruit–Red Jalapeño Glaze

Ingredients for Passion Fruit–Red Jalapeño Glaze:
• 2 parts The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit Syrup
• 1 part The Perfect Purée Red Jalapeño Puree, thawed
• 1 ½ parts extra virgin olive oil

Method for Passion Fruit–Red Jalapeño Glaze:
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Reserve until ready to use.

Method for Passion Fruit–Red Jalapeño Wings:
Toss fried chicken wings in the Passion Fruit–Red Jalapeño Glaze. Plate and serve immediately.
