Ingredients for Honeysuckle Orange Blossom Mini Spritz (5 oz. Serving):
• 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Honeysuckle Orange Blossom Syrup
• 2 oz. sparkling mineral water
Tastecraft Lime Slice garnish

Method (Single 5 oz. Serving):
1. Scoop ice into 5 oz. cup
2. Add 1 oz. Honeysuckle Orange Blossom Syrup
3. Top with 2 oz. sparkling mineral water
4. Stir
5. Garnish with halved Tastecraft Lime Slice

Batch Ingredients (60 oz. Batch):
• 20 oz. The Perfect Purée Honeysuckle Orange Blossom Syrup
• 40 oz. sparkling mineral water

Batch Method (60 oz. Batch, 5 oz. Serving):
1. Pour 20 oz. of Honeysuckle Orange Blossom Syrup into the pitcher
2. Add 40 oz. of sparkling mineral water, testing and adjusting as you go
3. Stir well
4. Scoop ice into 5 oz. cup
5. Pour about 3 oz. of batched beverage from pitcher over ice
6. Garnish with halved Tastecraft Lime Slice
