Passion Fruit Tea with Mango Perfect Fruit Foam™

Ingredients for Passion Fruit Tea with Mango Perfect Fruit Foam™ (5 oz. Serving):
• ½ oz. The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit Syrup
• 2 oz. unsweetened tea
• Tastecraft Dragon Fruit Crumble
• The Perfect Purée Mango Perfect Fruit Foam™

Method (Single 5 oz. Serving):
1. Scoop ice into 5 oz. cup
2. Add ½ oz. The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit Syrup
3. Add 2 oz. unsweetened tea
4. Stir
5. Garnish with pinch of Tastecraft Dragon Fruit Crumble and top with Mango Perfect Fruit Foam™

Batch Ingredients (60 oz. Batch):
• 12 oz. The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit Syrup
• 48 oz. unsweetened tea

Batch Method (60 oz. Batch, 5 oz. Serving):
1. Pour 12 oz. of Passion Fruit Syrup into pitcher
2. Add 48 oz. of unsweetened tea, testing and adjusting as you go
3. Stir well
4. Scoop ice into 5 oz. cup
5. Pour about 3 oz. of batched beverage from pitcher over ice
6. Garnish with a pinch of Tastecraft Dragon Fruit Crumble and top with Mango Perfect Fruit Foam™
