White Chocolate Dragon Fruit Berries Bar

Makes 3 molds with 3 bars each

Ingredients for White Chocolate Dragon Fruit Berries Bar:
• 800 g. white chocolate
• 40 g. Tastecraft Freeze-Dried Dragon Fruit Crumble
• 20 g. Tastecraft Freeze-Dried Whole Raspberries
• 15 g. Tastecraft Freeze-Dried Strawberry Slices

Step 1: Chocolate Base
Temper white chocolate. Grind Freeze-Dried Dragon Fruit Crumble into a powder. Mix into the white chocolate until fully combined.

Step 2: Molding
Pour into molds and spread evenly. Tap to level and remove air bubbles.

Step 3: Inclusions
Sprinkle Freeze-Dried Strawberry Slices and crumbled Raspberries over the surface. Press lightly so they stick without sinking.

Step 4: Finishing
Let crystallize at room temperature until fully set. Demold once firm and clean.
