Blood Orange Mule – Batched

Ingredients for batched Blood Orange Mule:
• 5 liters Charbay Clear Vodka
• 96 oz. Perfect Purée Blood Orange Syrup
• 96 oz. lemon juice
• 4 oz. Strong Water Aromatic Bitters
• top with Strongwater Ginger Beer
• garnish with Tastecraft Freeze-Dried Lime Slice

Method for batched Blood Orange Mule:
In a 5-gallon bucket, combine all the ingredients except ginger beer, stir and serve over the rocks in a 5oz. disposable cup, top with ginger beer, stir with the straw, garnish with Tastecraft Lime Slice.
