• | 3 dashes Jerry Thomas decanter bitters |
• | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée White Peach Puree, thawed |
• | 1/2 oz. Purely ginger syrup |
• | floating lime wheel (garnish) |

1. | Shake puree, ginger syrup and bitters with ice and strain over ice into rocks glass. Top off with the IPA and garnish. |
