    • 1.75 oz. Bombay Sapphire East
    • .25 oz. Giffard creme de peche
    • .75 oz. The Perfect Purée Mandarine/Tangerine Puree, thawed
    • .5 oz. lime juice
    • .25 oz. honey syrup (1:1 honey to water)
    • 1 oz. Perrier (or soda water)
    • Top with Green Tea Absinthe Mist
    • Ingredients for Green Tea Absinthe Mist:
    • 5 oz. absinthe
    • 1 tsp. green tea
Method:
1. Combine all ingredients except absinthe and Perrier in a shaker. Add ice. Shake and strain into a collins glass over fresh ice. Top with Perrier and Green Tea Absinthe Mist. Green Tea Absinthe Mist: infuse green tea into absinthe. 1 tsp green tea to 5 oz absinthe. Let infuse for 4 hours.
