• | 1 1/2 oz. vodka |
• | 1 oz. Domaine de Canton Ginger liqueur |
• | 1 tbsp. The Perfect Purée Strawberry Puree, thawed |
• | 3/4 oz. fresh lime juice |
• | 1/2 oz. honey syrup (1 part honey to 1 part water) |
• | 3 dashes rhubarb bitters |
• | Fresh mint sprig (for garnish) |
Method: | |
1. | Combine ingredients except garnish into a mixing glass with ice. Shake in a Boston Shaker and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with sprig of fresh mint and serve. |
