Aurora Cocktail

    • 1 1/2 oz. vodka
    • 1 oz. Domaine de Canton Ginger liqueur
    • 1 tbsp. The Perfect Purée Strawberry Puree,  thawed
    • 3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
    • 1/2 oz. honey syrup (1 part honey to 1 part water)
    • 3 dashes rhubarb bitters
    • Fresh mint sprig (for garnish)
Method:
1. Combine ingredients except garnish into a mixing glass with ice. Shake in a Boston Shaker and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with sprig of fresh mint and serve.
