Hibiscus Paloma 1 drink Manny Hinojosa / Mixologist

Ingredients:

• 1 oz. Cazadores Blanco Tequila
• 1/2 oz. St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
• 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Sweet Hibiscus, thawed
• 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Key Lime Concentrate, thawed
• Top with grapefruit soda
• Pinch of salt

Method:

1. Combine all ingredients, and top with squirt. Add a pinch of salt.
