3/4 oz Combier Pamplemousse Rose
1/2 oz Combier Triple Sec
1/2 oz The Perfect Purée Blood Orange concentrate, thawed
3/4 oz lime juice
Fusion Salt Spanish Rosemary Salt
Ruby Red Grapefruit wedge (garnish)
Method:
1. Add all ingredients into a shaker glass. Shake with fresh ice and pour into rocks glass. Garnish with a Ruby Red Grapefruit wedge.
