| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Chipotle Sour Blend, thawed | 
| • | 3/4 oz. fresh lime juice | 
| • | 3/4 oz. 1:1 simple syrup | 
| • | pinch of chipotle chili powder | 
| • | egg white | 
| • | 3 dashes Amargo Chinco Bitters | 
| • | lemon twist (garnish) | 
| Method: | |
| 1. | Add all ingredients into tin. Dry shake without ice. Add ice and shake thoroughly. Double strain over ice. Garnish with lemon twist. |
