• | 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Red Raspberry Puree, thawed |
• | 3/4 oz. lemon juice |
• | 1 oz. simple syrup |
• | Egg white |

1. | Dry shake. Then combine ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Shake with a Boston Shaker and strain into a sour glass. Serve. |
