Daryn Hamilton is the bartender and event coordinator at Bleu Brook Restaurant & Lounge in his hometown of Philadelphia. Daryn has been a mixologist at Philadelphia’s top bars, clubs and restaurants for 12 years. Compared to the fast-paced party scene at clubs, he says working in restaurant bars requires more focus on detailed service. His strength is building customer loyalty and getting people to want to revisit his bar.

Along with bartending, Daryn works as a private event coordinator in Philadephia, specializing in marketing and club promotion. His role as The Perfect Purée’s new Philadelphia brand ambassador arose from his networking connections. He hopes to leverages those skills to build new working relationships and visit new establishments.

Daryn’s favorite flavors (so far) are Peach Ginger, Strawberry, Mango and Pomegranate in margaritas. When he’s not working, he likes shooting pool, bowling and playing cards.
