Tassia founded Crème de la Crème Bartenders, a mobile bartending business specializing in custom cocktail menus. Its portable bars service events of all sizes from intimate family gatherings and weddings to corporate functions and large festivals in Washington, D.C., Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania and Delaware. Tassia creates custom mixes for Crème de la Crème clients with The Perfect Purée, which she discovered at the 2024 Bar & Restaurant Expo.
Tassia exercises her creativity at Mama Koko’s, an eclectic gem of a Balimore eatery that blends Creole, French and West African cuisines. By day, it’s a popular breakfast and lunch spot; at night it’s known for outstanding specialty cocktails.
On the set of the reality TV series “Bar Rescue,” Tassia works with host Jon Taffer rescuing bars on the brink of going broke. She’s also appeared on Bravo’s “Real Housewives of the Potomac.”
Tassia brings a deep passion for mixology and her innate creative energy to every role, creating craft-driven cocktail menus that drive success and sustainability.
