Syrup Samples – Distributor Sales Rep. Request Form

Samples shipped directly to your customer! Your customers can experience culinary-inspired syrups with samples delivered directly to their business! Review the following information and complete the request form below to send a foodservice customer a sample box.

Direct Sample Policy:

  • Samples are for foodservice professionals only (examples: chefs, bartenders, manufacturers). Distributor Sales Representatives may request samples for foodservice customers through the form below.
  • All fields of the sample form must be completed for the request to process.
  • Samples are 5 oz. glass bottles and can be sent to foodservice professionals and manufacturers only.
  • Select (3) or (6) samples – maximum of (1) sample per flavor for your customer to try.
  • Samples must ship to a business street address in the 48 contiguous United States, Hawaii or District of Columbia.
  • Samples cannot ship to Alaska, residential addresses, P.O. Boxes, or outside of the U.S.
  • Samples ship Monday through Friday, via FedEx Ground shipping from Napa, CA. Transit may take 1 to 5 business days.
  • After your sample request has been reviewed, you and your customer will be notified of the shipment and tracking details.

Sample Fulfillment

Processing of sample requests may take up to 7 business days and cannot be shipped to P.O. Box addresses. Samples will be shipped to valid addresses in the United States only. Please contact us at 800-556-3707 for shipments to Mexico and Canada. Samples ship Monday through Friday, via FedEx Ground shipping from Napa, CA. Transit may take 1 to 5 business days. When your sample ships, you will receive a notification e-mail with tracking.

Expenses related to sample packaging, shipping container, sample product and reasonable shipping service will be covered by The Perfect Purée of Napa Valley.
