At their Portland and Menlo Park locations, bartenders Thapana and Tina feature our botanical syrups in the spirit-free Vanilla Sky, where Honeysuckle Orange Blossom syrup brightens tonic, lime, and butterfly pea color. In the vegan, gin-based cocktail Matcha Yuzu Cloud, Yuzu Juniper Thyme syrup pairs with earthy matcha and silky foam.
