I want to wish The Perfect Purée a Happy 35th anniversary! I love making cocktails and spirit-free beverages with Perfect Purée! They’re super easy to use and have many flavors to choose from. My current favorites are Yuzu Luxe Sour, White Peach, and Lychee.

I want to wish The Perfect Puree a very happy 35 years, I’m looking forward to many. I’ve been using their products for a couple of years and I love how versatile they are. I use them in almost everything I do, from plated desserts and sorbets to cakes and entremets. It’s really hard to choose just one flavor as my favorite, but I just love the raspberry puree. It’s tart and refreshing with a beautiful color and just the right amount of sweetness.
