A Culinary Journey Through Africa and the World

It was an absolute pleasure to be part of CIA’s Worlds of Flavor 2022 Conference: Africa and The World, where we witnessed a fantastic group of chefs and presenters showcasing modern and old traditions of flavors of Africa. In celebration of the African flavors, Chef André Cardé presented us with Tamarind Lamb & Curried Potato Croquette with a Black Currant, and a 56-hour North African Short Rib & Lentils with Mango Passion Fruit Sauce.
