3 samples, shipped directly to your customer! Your customers can experience flavor first-hand with delicious complimentary samples delivered directly to their business. Review the following information and complete the request form below to send a foodservice customer a sample box.

Direct Sample Policy
- Samples are for foodservice professionals only (examples: chefs, bartenders, bakers, brewers, manufacturers).
- All fields of the sample form must be completed for your request to process.
- Distributor Sales reps may send samples of The Perfect Purée legacy products (purées, concentrates, zests or blends) or syrups. Purées and syrups cannot be sent to the same recipient.
- Syrups –
- Distributor Sales Reps may select (3) syrup samples for their foodservice or manufacturing customers.
- A maximum of (1) sample of the same flavor may be requested.
- Samples ship Monday-Friday weather permitting, via FedEx Ground shipping.
- Fruit Purees –
- Distributor Sales Reps may select (12) samples for their foodservice or manufacturing customers.
- A maximum of (2) samples of the same flavor may be requested for foodservice. A maximum of (6) samples of the same flavor may be requested for manufacturers.
- Samples ship Monday-Wednesday weather permitting, via FedEx 2-day shipping.
- Samples must be shipped directly to your foodservice or manufacturing customer’s business address in the 48 Contiguous United States, Hawaii or District of Columbia.
- Samples cannot ship to Alaska, residential addresses, P.O. Boxes, or outside of the U.S.
- After your sample request has been reviewed, you and your customer will be notified of the shipment and tracking details.

Sample Fulfillment
Processing of sample requests may take up to 7 business days and cannot be shipped to P.O. Box addresses. Samples will be shipped to valid addresses in the United States only. Please contact us at 800-556-3707 for shipments to Mexico and Canada. Samples ship Monday through Friday, via FedEx Ground shipping from Napa, CA. Transit may take 1 to 5 business days. When your sample ships, you will receive a notification e-mail with tracking.
Expenses related to sample packaging, shipping container, sample product and reasonable shipping service will be covered by The Perfect Purée of Napa Valley.
