| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate, thawed |
| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Meyer Lemon Concentrate, thawed |

| 1. | Combine all ingredients into a pint glass. Shake vigorously in a Boston shaker with ice. Strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with a Kaffir lime leaf or lime wheel. Serve. |
