• | 1 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Kiwi Puree, thawed |
• | 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Papaya Puree, thawed |
• | 1/2 oz. lime juice |

1. | Combine rum, Kiwi Puree, Papaya Puree, and lime juice in a shaker tin. Shake, then add an ounce of champagne to the shaker and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime peel. |
